In modern times, self-care is a form of resistance and personal justice. This class is an invitation to care for your mental health by practicing and learning healing somatic practices for everyday life. This class is designed to support individuals between their talk therapy sessions to help integrate nervous system strategies that build resilience and increase capacity in daily life. Tools learned in this class have the potential to nurture joy, ease, safety and contentment - important states for the chaotic world we live in today. In each class we will learn and explore the benefits of somatic practices and how they support, positively influence, and refine our awareness of experiences in body, mind, and spirit.
